  Seyval Blanc - $12.00
The proprietors' favorite wine. Estate-grown with pride and vinified in the classic style, dry and crisp with notes of citrus, vanilla, and pepper. Rich in bouquet and full in the finish. Pair it with your next special dinner.

Seyval Blanc Estate Reserve - $15.00
An even smoother version of our Seyval Blanc, gently aged in new New York State oak.

Pear Wine - $11.00
Estate-grown and hand-picked, this unique, dry white was made with juicy, ripe fruit in the western European style. Great body and long finish. Serve with Tex-Mex or fresh pork.

Sully's Cinnful Pearple - $12.00
A blend of our pear and apple wines, spiced with cinnamon. Semi-dry.

Apple Wine - $11.00
Sixteen varieties of apples from our orchards were used to craft this wine of exceptional flavor. Serve by itself, with light cheeses and crusty bread at cocktail hour, or with your favorite poultry or pork dish.

Cayuga White - $11.00

Semi-dry and fruity, this white wine is a proven crowd pleaser. Serve chilled with fish, chicken, macaroni and cheese or even with popcorn and a movie.

Jumpin Jazz - $12.00
Bright floral aromas jump out at you, followed by smooth flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, and melon. After bright and refreshing flavor, your palate says "thank you" for a very jazzy finish!

Roseannadanna Rosé - 11.00
Traveling the backstretches of Tuscany, we pulled over for a picnic with our Italian hosts: fresh fruit, pungent cheese, and prosciutto set off by a brilliant rosé an estate blend of Seyval Blanc and De Chaunac. Serve our rendition slightly chilled.

De Chaunac - $11.00
Estate grown on Glorie Farms. Our close attention to perfect ripening and a little luck from Mother Nature make this a perfect example of how a good wine starts in the vineyard. Rich with berry fruit & cassis, this wine can be enjoyed now or cellared. Pairs well with beef tenderloin or swordfish.

De Chaunac - Oaked - $13.00
A heartier, bolder version of De Chaunac, aged four months in new oak barrels. This wine was specifically designed for hearty winter meals and has excellent cellaring potential.

Red Monkey - $12.00
A perfect marriage of Cabernet Sauvignon and our estate reds. This wine matured for one year in old French barrels and new American oak. Taste dark berry flavor in this medium-bodied wine. Great with a sauced pot roast or a seasoned flank steak.

New ~ Cabernet Franc - $18.00 ~ New
After waiting patiently for five years from vine planting to first harvest, plus an additional sixteen months while it was in tanks and then barrels, we have finally put our first vintage of this wine into bottles. Taste mixed berry, mineral, and earth in this moderately oaked dry red wine. Serve with any red meat or red-sauced pasta.

Red Quartet - $12.00
A good starting point for the red wine novice; a nice break from the monster reds for the red wine expert. A semi-dry blend with pleasant fruit and acid, this wine appeals to a wide range of palates. Try it with your favorite barbequed meat, and you'll be hooked!

Daybreak Blush - $10.00
Crisp and light with a slight sweetness that invites relaxation. Enjoy with your favorite summertime lunch after a dip in the pool. We recommend spicy chicken quesadillas.

PeachWine - $13.00

A bright, semi-sweet wine made from fresh peaches. Lightly filtered, this wine doesn't need food. It shines on its own! Serve chilled and enjoy today.
